We encourage you to explore these sequences with our tools. The Genome Browser zooms and scrolls over chromosomes, showing the work of annotators worldwide.

The software for the browser was developed at UCSC, the Missouri Genome Browser is maintained by Digital Biology Laboratory.

31 March 2009 Genomes Update

In addition to the Human, Maize and Soybean genomes, we also have many bacterial genomes. To see a list of bacteria genomes Click Here . All the genomes have GC percentage wiggle tracks as well as GC codon usage tracks for the predicted protein tracks.
